At Caeli Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. (“Caeli”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms under which customers may cancel orders and request refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team via email/phone.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
Caeli reserves the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
Product out of stock or discontinued.
Pricing or listing errors.
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions.
If Caeli cancels an order, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided in the following cases:
Order cancelled by the customer before shipment.
Order cancelled by Caeli due to stock unavailability, pricing error, or fraud prevention.
Returns approved under our Return & Exchange Policy after successful quality check.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after order cancellation or product quality approval (in case of returns).
Prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
COD refunds will be made only to the customer’s verified bank account (bank details to be shared with our support team).
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping fees and COD service charges (₹50) are non-refundable.
In case of returns, a pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
