Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- In the case of COD orders, processing begins after order confirmation.
- Customers will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or above a specified order value.
COD orders include a ₹50 non-refundable service charge.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days for most metro cities and 5–10 business days for other regions.
Remote/rural areas may experience longer timelines depending on courier serviceability.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.).
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
Orders can be tracked through our website or the courier partner’s portal.
Delivery Attempts
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Caeli will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
